BLACK SHOES RETURNS POLICY
You can request a replacement to a product supplied by BLACK SHOES within 7 days of receiving the product. Products with defect, a replacement request may be placed within 30 days of receiving the product.
In case of wrong product delivered (size, model) or products with defect, Black Shoes will cover all the costs to replace such product. If you receive a wrong product and/or a product with defect, please contact us immediately.
In case of replacement request of a product correct delivered (size and model as indicated in the order—as well for products with no defect) all costs to return the product to Black Shoes and the costs to Black Shoes send the replacement product are covered by the customer. The product returned must be in its original wrapping and/or wrapped in kraft-paper—as well the product must not display any wearing-signs.
